What is my profile?

Your profile contains the basic information we need to give you access to the Atkins Learning Center Discussion Groups:

First name
Last name
E-mail address
Password

You must have a valid profile in order to access Discussion Groups. Click My Profile in the top navigation bar to review your profile information.

My profile information is incorrect. How do I change it?

To update your profile information, click Edit Profile in the navigation to access the Edit Profile Information page. From this page you can:

Click Change your Discussion Group alias to change your Discussion Group alias.
Click Change your message board alias to change your message board alias.
Click Change your profile to change your e-mail address, name, or e-mail settings.

Follow the instructions to complete your profile information update.

What are e-mail settings?

Your e-mail settings control whether or not you receive offers and updates from qualified Atkins Learning Center partners as well as the kind of e-mail messages you receive from the Atkins Learning Center website. To change your e-mail settings:

Click My Profile in the navigation.
On the Edit Profile Information page, click Change your profile.
On the E-mail Settings page, set your e-mail preferences.
Click Save Changes when you are done.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. To create a new password for your profile:

Click My Profile in the navigation.
On the Edit Profile Information page, click Change your password.
On the Change Password page, enter your current password into the Old Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
Click Change your password.

How do I keep track of all my courses? How do I see my completed courses?

Click My Groups to access a complete record of your activities at the Atkins Learning Center website, including:

Your current Discussion Groups: Discussion Groups in which you are enrolled that have not yet reached their end date.
Your past Discussion Groups: Discussion Groups in which have previously been enrolled that have reached their end date before you reviewed all of the lessons.

What if I've forgotten my password?

For your protection, your password is encrypted in our system. Because it is encrypted, we cannot look up your password information. However, you may follow these steps to have your current password reset to a new password:

Click My Profile in the navigation.
On the Sign In page, click Forgot your password?
On the Forgot Password page, enter your e-mail address and click Submit.
Look in your e-mail inbox for a message from Atkins Learning Center with your new password.
Use this password and your e-mail address to log into Atkins Learning Center. This password will be a randomly generated password, so you may want to follow the instructions above to change this new password to one you can more easily remember.
